Call for Participation at food design workshop
(in-person event in Oodi Library, September 27th )
If you are interested in co-creative ways to address eco-social challenges in food systems, please welcome to join our PDC 2022 workshop ‘Feasting on Participatory Methodologies for Regenerative Food Transitions’.
The free, in-person workshop invites contributions – case studies submitted as 1-page expressions of interest (pdf) – from designers, researchers, and others interested in exploring possibilities of creative collaborations to address food-related eco-social challenges. Aligning with the PDC 2022 theme ‘Embracing Cosmologies’ (
https://pdc2022.org/), the workshop welcomes especially those cases that reach beyond the scope of human-food perspectives, to explore intricate, relational multi-species entanglements that constitute the global food web.
Students are especially welcome!
