I        Common things to remember

1.     Get your PT’s membership

If you didn’t pay the membership fee for Prosessiteekkarit, you can fill the membership application here. The payment information will be sent to your email address.

2.     PT’s weekly newsletter for members

You can join the PT mailing list at https://list.ayy.fi/postorius/lists/pt-en-info.list.ayy.fi/. This mailing list is used to inform members about upcoming events and other current affairs. A weekly bulletin is sent to the list every Monday, and by reading it actively you will be aware of the current student activities of the association and the rest of Otaniemi.

3.     PT’s Telegram-group and information channel

Do you want to follow and participate in discussions regarding all PT members? Do you want to hear the ideas and thoughts of students from other classes as well? To do this, there is #PT, a common Telegram group to all PT members.

You can join the General Discussion Group #PT on Telegram from this link. The group is for both formal information and informal discussion. Please read the group rules when you join the chat.

In addition, PT has its own one-way information channel on Telegram, which works with the same principle as Captains’ Inform. It’s used for informing about events and condensing the weekly newsletter for all members. You can follow the information channel
here.

4.     PT x TiK x SIK Regular Sport Sessions

Pack your indoor shoes and head to the ball sports hall of Otahalli every thursday at 21-22! There you will be able to play ball games with TiK, SIK, and other PT members. The sport will change every week.

II       Events arranged by PT and CHEM

  1. Fuksi Jäynä day 2.4.

The Legendary, Epic, Mindboggling… The Fuksi Jäynä Day is here again on 2.4.!!

Prepare yourselves for an action-packed day that kicks off at 12:30, when the day starts off at Kansalaistori in Helsinki. There you will face the pink-clad fuksis of The Guild of Mechanical Engineering, with whom you will live, experience and survive this adventure all through the day and into the night (if you so wish). TL;DR

WHAT? PT x KIK Fuksi Jäynä Day

WHERE? Kicks off at Kansalaistori, ends in Otaniemi

WHEN? Sun 2.4. from 12:30-21.30

DC? Overalls and weather suitable attire!

  1. Process Shutdown 5.4.

Your transformation from Process Rookies into true, full-blooded Processiteekkarit is finally approaching its end. The final pressures will soon be balanced, and the threat of cavitation has been eliminated. The end product looks very promising.

So, it's time to shut down the process.

On Wednesday, April 5th, your final journey as Process Rookies will begin from the Otaniemi Amphitheatre. You will depart in groups of approximately 15 people staggered between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, so choose a time that suits you best. The event will continue until the sun colors the sky in a blaze in honor of your final day as Process Rookies, after which you can continue the celebration until the early hours of the morning.

Bring your fuksi point card, a pen, a box of matches, and (noise cancelling) headphones. Clad yourselves in your overalls and bring your fondest memories of your freshman year to mind.

For now, thank you.

V      Greetings

Anna: Unlike last week it’s been a super Monday-like Monday :D So much stuff to do I’ll be running from place to place all week, luckily there are BIG things coming ;) Let's do our best in this last sprint!! And a last sprint it truly is because…

DAYS UNTIL WAPPU: 35!!??

I swore last week that it’s officially Spring and I stand by that even if it snows.

Eetu: Mondays. I’m gradually becoming Garfield, soon I’ll probably start craving lasagna. And to top it off it's snowing outside, COME ON. Nugget's picture is very much relatable today.
