1. Nightmare in Teekkari Village, 29th of October.
Teekkari Village has been faced with a suspicious amount of mishaps recently. The Captains joined forces and set off to figure out if supernatural beings could be behind these misfortunes. What they discovered could seal not only their fate, but that of all of Otaniemi…
As autumn darkens the sky, we’ll join Inkubio in celebrating Halloween on the 29th of October starting at 16:30. You’ll get to go around Otaniemi together in groups and solve all kinds of mysteries, each more devious than the next. The night will peak with an afterparty at OK20. The signup for the event will close in Inkubio's Ilmomasiina on the 25th of October at 12 and both guilds will have their own fuksi quota. In the signup you can wish for one person who you’d like to be on your team.
The sign-up for the event can be found here: https://www.inkubio.fi/ilmo/event/192
1. Lecture about association work in Finland and PT as a student association, 1st of November
How PT works as a student association? Who can apply to become a board member or official? How can I get my voice heard and bring up ideas? You can find answer to all these questions by participating the Lecture about PT and association work in Finland! The lecture is arranged in class M102 in Undergraduate centre on the 1st of November at 16.15 and it will take an hour. During the lecture there is also possibility to ask questions.
By participating, fuksis will earn the Associations's meeting fuksi point but hopefully after the lecture, anyone who participates the association's meetings will get more out of them!
1. Save the date: PT’s Official Fair, 3rd of November
Do you have a moment to talk about PT's official work?
Yes!🔥🥵 Come to Ossinsauna on the 3rd of November from 17.00 onwards to hear about the different official positions and to enjoy the super sweet sausage houses and other refreshments built by IE. During the evening there will be a playful competitions, information about the different positions and the application process. If you have any questions about the official work, there is also possibility to ask and get answer! As the evening goes forward, the sauna will also warm up and you can start dreaming about your year as a PT's official 2023 in the warmth of the sauna.
Yes, but I'm a first-timer. What all of this mean and how much time official work takes? 👉👈🥺 The different parts of our association are maintained by a wide range of officials who get to implement their ideas, try new things and improve the old during the year. The work, amount of time and the end result depends always on the people who do the task and the year certainly doesn't have to be too serious! The aim is that you have at least as fun when arranging something than participating!
I would be interested in updating my subscription to the board level🤔🎪 You can also hear about board positions at the Official Fair! In addition to the info sessions, there will be a board members, whose members you can directly ask about the job you are interested in.
And that's not all!🤩 You can find a list and information about the various official and board positions in the "Tasks" section of the website. You can also always ask for more information, for example by contacting the head of the committee!
1. Save the date: PT x AS ChillaXXL, 4th of November.

V Greetings
Anna: Whippee, the colors of fall truly bring joy even amongst all this hassle <3 This week brings along a lot of exciting things, for example the Process Optimization as well as my absolute favourite event from my own Fuksi year, Nightmare in Teekkari Village! This event rush is slowly trying to ease up and I’m starting to feel the CapChathype in the bottom of my stomach. It’s so fun to finally be able to talk to you guys! Overall I’ve recently been feeling very much in love with life. In honour of that, this week’s Song of The Week could be one of my feel-good songs, Best Parthttps://open.spotify.com/track/1RMJOxR6GRPsBHL8qeC2ux?si=4102a8636b294c26!
Eetu: Days are going by quick! What a great week, especially Saturday's English Bachelors Sittning was such a great event! This week it’ll be time for Process Optimization, hope to see you all there! On Saturday there's also the horribly terrifying, blood-chilling Nightmare in Teekkari Village. It’s going to be so scary that I'm running away and hiding in Parolannummi, and dressing up in camo so that the scary boogeyman doesn’t eat me! Thankfully I have my trusty guard cat Nugget in 24/7 patrol (see picture below). Because of this activity-filled 12-day holiday in the following weeks my greetings will be a bit more grim, and the pictures will be a bit more miserable and agony-filled.
Weekly picture of Nugget:
