Moikka!
Tarkka ajankohta on to 25.-28.1. ja paikkana Torino. LC Cosenzasta on menossa EESTEC-porukkaa sinne ja he kutsuvat meidätkin mukaan. Hyvä tilaisuus viettää pidennetty viikonloppu Italiassa tenttien jälkeen! Ilmoittautuminen minun kauttani kootusti Francescalle 18.12. mennessä. Alkuperäinen kutsu, jossa paljon enemmän tietoa viestin lopussa.

I'm writing you to let you know about an event for European Students' Associations that will be held in Torino, 25-28 of January 2007. The number of EESTECers who can participate to this event is unlimited (since the organizers have got 600-700 places to offer - the total number of participants will be around 2000!). The accomodation and food will be gratis. Every participant will have to pay only travel costs. You can find all info on http://www.universiadetorino2007.org/Yeppies/ENG/Cose.aspx
LC Cosenza is organizing, for its members, a trip to Torino for those days and we would be very happy to meet other EESTECers from Europe! So, why don't you join us to this event?
There is no limit to the number of participants for each LC, so please, if you are interested, send me an email with the list of participants from your LC. DEADLINE: Monday 18th of December (please forgive me for this short time of requested feedback) After that, I'll write an email to the main organizer in Torino and then I'll tell you how to register your members to the event! ;)
We'll have also the possibility to organize a private meeting among EESTECers during the event in Torino, but.. we'll talk about that when we'll have got the final list of participants.
This is what YEPPIES is about: - You will meet 5,000 university students in Torino. - Between Thursday the 25th and Sunday the 28th of January, 2,000 students will join 3,000 athletes of the XXIII Winter Universiade in order to share their experiences, their knowledge and their ideas about the future. - The accommodation and the meals (lunches and dinners of the 26th and 27th January) will be free of charge!
Other words from the organizers: YEPpies Young European People is an appointment organized to meet in a Convention the International Students' Associations that will be held in Torino from 25th to 28th January 2007, during the XXIII Winter Universiade . It is the first time that all Students' Associations of every University and Faculty can meet in one event in order to compare their experiences. We are more than 2,000 and the Organizing Committee of the Winter Universiade in collaboration with the local authorities will allow us to meet and spend the night for free in Torino. It is, moreover, the first fundamental communication moment of the Italian and Piedmontese students with foreign university students who can combine through a sport event, the opportunity to spend some days in a city like Torino with the desire to meet and to exchange their experiences. Thanks to a Career-day we will have the possibility to meet through the socio-economic expressions of the territory, the formative world of the university system without neglecting the social, cultural and artistic events typical of an Erasmus student's life, the historical places and the entertainment chances.
Kisses, Francesca
