Monthly report-August
Dear EESTECers,
As summer is slowly coming to an end, we are sure that each one of you has unique experiences which we would like to motivate you to work more for EESTEC :)
During August, Int. Board focused more on follow-up of Summer Board Meeting and was working in projects that we agreed during it. A lot of important decisions were brought and will be implemented the following months, like ECM. ECM dates will be announced soon, so stay tuned!
Also, two members of the Board attended 1st GToc in Belgrade and we are very enthusiastic from the outcomes! We wish to new Grant Team members to remain as fascinated and motivated as during the event.
Next month is going to be a month of preparations for several international projects and also preparations for ECM. Therefore, don’t forget to contribute to these projects and to stay cool :)

- Contributed in promotion of EESTEC in social networks
- Was in contact with TrT:
- about possibility of organising TOOL
- T4T issues (participant applications, trainer applications, postponing event, new OC)
- Trainers’ forum
- Participated in GToc (LC Belgrade rocks :D )
- Actions done for GToc:
- Was in contact with LC Belgrade and GT coordinator before the event for preparations
- Attended online meeting for preparation of training session in GToc

Treasurer - Catalina Stoica:

- Visited LC Sarajevo

VC-EA - J. Fernando Sánchez Rada:

- Prepared participation of EESTEC in IFISO Autumn Meeting
- Appointed responsible for mails to info@ifiso.org
VC-IA - Merve Salihoğlu:
- Administrated CP and LCs’ mailing lists
- Was in contact with CPs, BAs and (J)LC Board members
- Guided new CPs
- Work in IA department
- Newsletter Team - August issue published
- Was in touch with the (J)LCs for Event Planning Form to be filled
- Started to work on updating CP Guide
- Collected photos from events
- Collected Feedback Forms from events
- Was in touch with LCs about promotion in their LC pages in our website (http://eestec.net/lc/<lc_name>)
VC-PA- Mihai Chirita:
- Attended meeting between COC’s and representatives of older COC’s
- Attended OBOM
- Had meetings with P&A Team Coordinators
- Updated Yearbook Guide
- Agreed with Design Team coordinator to develop a coaching system for Design Team
- Worked on Coaching System Specifications
- Worked on Archiving System Specifications
