EESTEC LC Belgrade is proud to announce that submission for student paper contest & conference "Tesla - Neverending Story" is now officially open.

"Tesla - Neverending Story" is not standard EESTEC event. It is global, meaning it is open for IEEE and EESTEC students from the whole world. Paper should be related to the areas of electrical engineering.

Any student willing to enter the contest will have to become member of either EESTEC or IEEE before the final paper submission.

As one of the main purposes of the contest is to promote work and life of Nikola Tesla, it is also requested from the participants to write the essay on a theme "Tesla - Neverending Story". In this way, we wish to offer the contestants the chance to be creative and to exchange their own views of Tesla's contribution to the science and to the humanity.

*Submission deadlines:*

- *May 10th* for essays and abstracts of papers - *June 10th* for papers

The conference will be held in Belgrade from July 8th to 16th, and will include finals of paper contest, series of lectures dedicated to Nikola Tesla, attendance to the central celebration of 150 years of Tesla' s birth, weekend excursion to the mountain resort in Serbia, and much more... *All expenses during the conference will be covered by the organizers!* The best papers will compete for top three prizes (amounts are respectively 1000, 500 and 300 US dollars), and there will be a special prize for the best essay.

We would like to emphasize that the contest has an international character. Up to forty EESTEC and IEEE members will be invited to the Conference.
