Congress is approaching, so let's talk about some things that should find their place in your luggage:)

1. LC presentation - each LC will have a couple of minutes time to tell activities of the LC in past year and future plans. You may want to have a .ppt to go with it, so now is the moment to prepare it

2. Alumni night - among other stuff, we plan to see some old photos and videos. Even if you don't have an alumni coming from your LC, please try to bring some of the similar material with you

3. As you know, Eleonora, BA IA, made a promo video clip with photos from events. Dejan from LC Ljubljana, VC EA candidate, would like to work further on it or even make another one, for purpose of activating members, but also of presenting EESTEC to potential observers. So he asks you to bring interesting photos and videos with you to Congress.

As you already might be familiar with, there is a project called "Improving EESTEC's Recruiting Methods" going on (see EM, March 2006), initially started by Eleonora from LC Cosenza. In order to accomplish goal set in a best-possible way we urgently need your assistance. Please spark ppl from your LC back home, reveal your archive and pick up best photos and video clips you have. They need to be halved, i.e. half of the photos representing offical parts of the events and the other half standing for partys and leisure stuff. They should also have some short descriptions and comments attached. It is recommended to pick up at least 2 pieces (fotos or clips) per event you have media-arcived, but please no massive packages of some hundreds pieces. Material MUST to be at latest brought to the Congress in Sofia, however do not hesitate to send it even before to Eleonora's (eleonora.pantano@gmail.com) or my (dejan.pangercic@gmail.com) email. Be aware that it is very vital for EESTEC's growth, thus take on NOW and seriously, should this also be check-in ticket for the lodging in Bulgaria:-)!
