Hi, remember the OYS planning meeting on Saturday 23.4. at 11. Let's meet at the Gaudeamus Kirja & Kahvi in Kaisaniemi (address Vuorikatu 7, Kaisa-talo, http://www.gaudeamuskirja.fi/kirjakahvila/). It opens at 11, so don't be there too early :). Moi, muistakaa OYS:n suunnittelutapaaminen lauantaina 23.4. klo 11. Tavataan Gaudeamus Kirja & Kahvi -kahvilassa Kaisaniemessä (osoite Vuorikatu 7, Kaisa-talo http://www.gaudeamuskirja.fi/kirjakahvila/). Kahvila aukeaa klo 11, joten liian ajoissa ei kannata tulla :). t. Retki Nuuksioon 17.4 siirretty

Hei, Suunniteltu retki Nuuksioon la 17.4 päätettiin siirtää myöhempään ajankohtaan huonon sään vuoksi. Katsotaan jos vaikka toukokuun alussa kokeiltaisiin uudelleen. Hi all, the date has been set for the planning meeting: Saturday 23.4. at 11. The meeting will take place in Helsinki center, in a cafe or similar (place will be announced later, please let me know if you know some nice and relatively quiet cafe or similar in the center). Most likely the meeting will take about 2-3 hours. If you can't make it to the meeting, feel free to send ideas beforehand by email to board: oys(at)list.ayy.fi. You can forward this message to anyone you think might be interested. PS. Hyde organizes a hut trip to Nuuksio on the weekend 15.-17.4. The huts address is Suokalliontie 21, Espoo, and it accomodates about 20 persons. The hut has electricity, but the toilet is outside (more in Finnish: http://www.jda.fi/fi/?s=kampat&i=i1) There will be good food and company in a laid back atmosphere, sauna, walking trips and other outdoor activities in the spring forest and maybe board games too (feel free to take one with you). The public transportation, buses 28/28K from Leppävaara station and 88 from Espoo, leaves you within a walking distance from the hut (ca. 1 km). Retki Nuuksioon / trip to Nuuksio 17.4 or 23.4

Hei kaikki, [Scroll down for english] Pohdimme tuossa vuosikokouksessa, että retki Nuuksioon tai sen lähialueelle olisi kiva. Tarkoituksena olisi kierrellä luontoa ilman sen kummempaa agendaa, joko jokin tunnettu reitti tai sitten oman fiilikseen mukaan umpimetsään. Arvioitu kesto olisi 2-4 h riippuen osallistujien aikatauluista. Paikka suunnitellaan siten, että sinne pääsee julkisilla. Todennäköisesti ainakin yksi henkilöauto on tulossa joten kimppakyytejä voidaan myös järjestellä. Päivävaihtoehdot ovat sunnuntai 17.4 tai lauantai 23.4. The idea would be to just walk in the nature without any particular agenda, either a known route or then head to the forest and see where we'll land. Estimated duration is 2 to 4 hours depending on participants' schedule. The place is chosen so that there is access with public transportation. There will probably be at least one car going so car pooling options can also be arranged. Possible dates for the event are sunday 17.4 and saturday 23.4.
