Voice is given to representatives of civil society, university sector, business and government. The exhibition area presents fresh solutions to societal challenges – particularly those generated by students and youth. The Forum is a part of the Finnish Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2019. It serves as the people-to-people pre-event to the "Clean and Global North - High-Level Event on Regional Cooperation in the North event", organized by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. The invitation-only event on 29. November will also acknowledge the 20-year anniversary of the Northern Dimension.
