*Technology for Climate 27.9.*
TEK, Ecomodernist Society of Finland and AYY invite you to join us for a
day of inspiration and learning on how to save the world from climate
crisis with technology! Technology for Climate is an event of learning on
how each and everyone of us can make more climate friendly choises in our
career in technology. This event is for you whether you wish to tune your
current position or wish to make more radical career moves. The event also
wishes to provide a chance to support #FridaysForFuture, the school strikes
for climate.
Technology for Climate consists of short expert talks on four themes, and
of participant-driven workshops. The topics of the talks focus on both
general climate actions as well as more field-specific approaches. The
language of the event is mostly English but some talks and workshops might
be in Finnish. The event is open for everyone studying or working in the
field of technology. Join us for the whole day or for as long as suits you
best!
