Start work as soon as possible, the dates can be negotiated. The AaltoSDG project is developing a mobile application to support SDG work at Aalto University. The aim of the project is to bring visibility to Aalto University's SDG work and to engage the Aalto community through everyday challenges. The project is managed by Aalto University IT Services and the Aalto Sustainability Hub (ASH) and is part of Aalto University's digitalization program. The internship includes designing and publishing content for the mobile application launched in January 2020, collecting and coordinating community feedback and content suggestions, participating in further development of the application with Aalto's expert and software partner development team, and various communications and marketing tasks. We require you to have an interest in sustainable development, appropriate higher education, communication and information technology, organizational skills, and good command of the Finnish and English languages. Aalto University's knowledge and experience in communications, event planning and agile IT development projects are considered an asset. The position is part-time (40%) and the salary is 800 € / month. In this job, you can complete an internship course in your degree program / major. In this case, you agree with your degree program / major to complete the course and do the exercises required by your degree program. An employee of Aalto Sustainability Hub and Aalto IT Services will act as a training supervisor.
