KOKOUSKUTSU
Slackpoli ry:n sääntömääräinen vaalikokous järjestetään torstaina 30.3.2023 klo 18 alkaen Aalto-Yliopiston kandidaattikeskuksen tilassa Y161b.
Esityslista löytyy liitteenä. Sen mukaan kokouksessa tullaan
- esittelemään vuoden 2022 tilinpäätös ja toimintakertomus,
- päättämään hallituksen 2022 vastuuvapaudesta,
- päättämään vuoden 2023 toimintasuunitelma ja budjetti.
Huom! Kokouksessa äänivaltaisia ovat vain yhdistyksen varsinaiset jäsenet.

The annual meeting of Slackpoli ry will be held on Thursday 30.3.2022 starting 18:00 at room Y161b in the Aalto University Undergraduate Center.
The agenda is attached. According to the agenda, we will
- present the financial statement and the annual report of the year 2022
- decide on the freedom of responsibility of the Board 2022
- decide the budget and the agenda for the year 2023
