Kesällä järjestettävät jutut ovat monesti vapaamuotoisempia ja niihin saattaa olla jopa joku maksu. Esimerkkejä tämän lisäksi ovat vaikka festarit (EXIT Novi Sadissa, vielä ehtii). Syksyllä, talvella ja keväällä on taas enemmän ammattimaisempia ja virallisempia tapahtumia...
16.-24. heinäkuuta Sunny Spain Reloaded 06, La Manga - Espanjan itärannikolla! Viikon mittainen rantaloma monilla aktiviteeteilla höystettynä. Alla olevassa meilissä on kerrottu paljon tarkemmin ohjelmasta ja mukana on myös monia linkkejä, joista voi katsella lisätietoja.
Hintaa tulee 80e + matkat kohteeseen. Kutsumeilin mukaan matka Madridista tapahtumapaikkaan bussilla maksaisi viitisenkymppiä, mutta muitakin vaihtoehtoja löytyy useita. Mikäli kiinnostaa, niin lähettäkää meiliä osoitteeseen helsinki-cp@eestec.org

One year after Sunny Spain, here we go again with our...
SUNNY SPAIN RELOADED 2006!!
Last year we told you:
"One week in the eastern coast of Spain, in a natural bay almost closed that forms an inside sea whose little deep waters keep warmer temperatures than in the rest of the Mediterranean coast. This is why that area is called "El Mar Menor" wich means "The Lesser Sea".
The event will be held in an international huge camping 5km away from Cabo de Palos and La Manga. The camping has direct access to the beach, and has also several swimming pools, sport fields and services. http://www.caravaning.es/ (M$ IE only)"

What's new? Just one thing: the number of participants we will host. We will organize two events in one:
Sunny Spain Reloaded event, that will host 20 participants in the usual way. [ES-ES] exchange, an España-Eslovenia exchange.
You can't miss the opportunity of spending a week in the spanish seaside with ****50**** eestecers!!

You are free to edit (maybe include some email address of your LC, etc) and print it.
Things you should know:
ABOUT THE APPLICATION METHOD
- Each CP will send a list by priority of the members of his/her LC who want to apply for the event. The list MUST include name, email, gender, t-shirt size and photo. Also include the number of tents that your LC could bring. - There are 20 places. - Depending on how many applications we receive we´ll decide the best maximum number of places per LC. Probably 2-3, but could be higher. - The accepted applicants will automatically be added to the event´s mailing list. - We will consider the order in wich applications have arrived in case of necessity, so HURRY UP!!
ABOUT THE FEE
- The participation fee will be 80¬. This includes one week accomodation, food, sangría ;), two days of nautical sports, trips during that week (to the town, to visit some creeks or maybe a nudist beach...). - The price does not include the trip to La Manga and back to Madrid or wherever you take the return flight/train.

ABOUT THE TRANSPORT
- The event is not in Madrid. It´s in the eastern coast, 500km away from Madrid, so we will have to move there and back again. - You will have to reach La Manga, wich is the nearest town to the camping. The standard trip would be arriving to Madrid and then going to La Manga by bus (54¬, we would help you with the reservation). But there are other possibilities, since there is a secondary airport called San Javier that is closer to La Manga, from where you could take a less expensive bus. The same applies to Alicante or Valencia airport. You can get an idea downloading the Location Map. - Other possibilities for you to pay less for the trip would be finding some train (last year some participants came by Interrail) or bus that reaches Madrid, or directly to the coast (La Manga, Alicante, etc). As it´s summer maybe this could be the best idea, because there will be no time problems with classes and also flights might be more expensive. Please inform us so we can help out and make a schedule of arrivals.
ABOUT DATES
- It is very important that you respect the arrival/departure limits, as there will be a long distance trip after arrivals to Madrid, and before departures from Madrid.
16th July: LAST DAY (perfect day) for you to get to Madrid. 17th July, morning: Departure from Madrid to La Manga (500km) 24th July, morning: Departure from La Manga back to Madrid. 24th July, 8pm: SOONEST flight leaving Madrid.
