*Monthly report-May*

Dear EESTECers, As summer is approaching, we are all making some amazing plans, some of which include travelling to other LCs participating in events :)

Last month was the first that Board worked together and got our first results! Most significant event for the month was Handover Board Meeting (HOBOM) in Athens during their workshop. We had an amazing time in Athens and we had the chance to develop our annual plans as a Board. In the meantime, talking with participants of the workshop and attending all great things that organisers prepared was a big motivation for us :). We would like to send our biggest thanks to LC Athens for their invaluable help to hold this essential meeting.

Therefore, upcoming month is going to be when that all plans will start developing. We will start working in many different things with several teams and bodies and of course include each and every EESTEC member, especially through EESTEC forum in eestec.net.

Summing up, this was an introduction month. Assessing the work and team spirit developed during this month, we can promise you one thing: This year is going to be AMAZING for whole EESTEC and will bring EESTEC to a new level :)

Int. Board

Every person from International Board:

- Attended 2 online meetings - Attended HOBOM (it rocked!!! :D) in Athens - Prepared the calls for: - ITT,TrT and GT Coordinators - ECM OC - BAs

- Worked on annual plan of Int. Board and each department separately

Chairman - Grigoris Chrysos:

- Prepared 2 online Board meetings - Prepared the minutes for 1st online Board meeting - Prepared agenda for HOBOM (Handover Board meeting) - Brainstorming for EESTEC International projects - Meeting with some LC representatives

Treasurer - Catalina Stoica:

- Gathered invoices for IEEE grant - Preparing papers for registration in the banks - BA Andrija Jakovljevic represented EESTEC at a conference in Brussels “Career International” . Thank you Andrjia! :)

VC-EA - J. Fernando Sánchez Rada:

- Online meeting with representatives of ThinkYoung! - Duc Ha Minh represented EESTEC in the “European Student Summit on Open Access” in Berlin, thanks Duc ;) - Worked on last congress’ minutes

VC-IA - Merve Salihoğlu:

- Reading and analyzing essential documents from previous years - Publishing Newsletter May issue - Updating board changes and new boards' and CPs’ contact data - Communication with new CPs - EESTEC Hour organized on 26th of May, 18 GMT+2 - Promotion on EESTEC Forum on the website - Promotion on Facebook - Promotion among (J)LCs with the help of BA candidates, thank you all :) - Attending Women in Engineering workshop in Munich

VC-PA- Mihai Chirita:

- Read minutes and Congress Guides from last 3 Congresses - First contact with Yearbook Committee - Prepared call for Magazine Team - Received all the P&A archive and established the Guides and documents that need to be updated or changed together with previous VC - PA - Preparing poster for EESTEC Hour
