Peruutus
Varauksen voi peruuttaa itse TILAssa viimeistään kaksi viikkoa ennen tapahtumaa. Tämän jälkeen peruutuksen voi tehdä sähköpostitse ayy@ayy.fi tai soittamalla numeroon 050 520 9400 (ma-to klo 12–16, pe klo 12–15). Huom! 1.6.2023 alkaen varauksen peruutusaika on 14 vuorokautta. Peruutus on maksuton, jos se tehdään viimeistään 14 vuorokautta ennen tapahtumaa. Tätä myöhemmin peruutetut tai käyttämättä jätetyt varaukset laskutetaan täydellä hinnalla.
Kulkukoodi Pääset tilaan kulkukoodilla, joka löytyy TILA-järjestelmästä varauksesi tiedoista kohdasta "Näytä koodi". Kulkukoodi toimii vasta, kun varauksesi tila on "Vahvistettu". Jos koodi ei toimi, klikkaa "Vaihda koodi". Jos kulkukoodi ei sittenkään toimi, soita AYY:n Jäsenpalveluihin 050 520 9400 (ma-to klo 12–16, pe klo 12–15). Jos puhelinpalvelu on kiinni, tarkista, että varauksesi status on “Vahvistettu”, ennen kuin soitat huoltoyhtiöön (esim. Otaniemessä ISS) Huolto ja ovenavauspalvelu | Aalto-yliopiston ylioppilaskunta (ayy.fi) Ilmoita osoitteeseen ayy@ayy.fi, jos joudut käyttämään ovenavauspalvelua.
Pakun, AK:n majan, Studion ja Askartelupajan varaajat
Näihin kohteisiin tarvitset avaimen. Avain tulee noutaa AYY:n palvelutoimistolta aukioloaikoina (maanantai, keskiviikko ja perjantai klo 12–15). Voit noutaa avaimen varausta edeltävänä päivänä (tiistaivaraukselle maanantaina jne.) tai viikonloppua varten perjantaina. Kohteisiin on useita avaimia. Palauta avain palvelutoimiston pääsisäänkäynnin vieressä olevan valkoisen puuoven postiluukusta varauksesi jälkeisenä päivänä klo 12 mennessä.
Lasku
Saat vuokralaskun sähköpostiisi aikaisintaan kaksi viikkoa ennen tapahtumaa tai vasta tapahtuman jälkeen. Maksuaika yksityishenkilöillä on 7 vrk ja yhdistyksillä 14 vrk. Laskun lähettämisen jälkeen laskutustietoja ei voi muuttaa. Jos sinulla on laskutukseen liittyviä toiveita, ilmoitathan niistä jo varausvaiheessa. You have a reservation to an AYY facility in three weeks.
Cancelation
If you have no need for this reservation, please cancel it. You may cancel a reservation in TILA until two weeks before the event.After that, cancellations can be made by contacting ayy@ayy.fi or by calling +358 50 520 9400 (Mon to Thu 12noon to 4 pm, Fri 12noon to 3 pm). Please note! Starting 1st of June 2023, the cancellation period is 14 days before the event. The cancellation is free of charge until 14 full days before the event. Reservations cancelled later than two weeks before the event or left unused and uncancelled, will be charged in full.
Access code
You can access the facility with an access code you´ll find in the TILA system by clicking the tab “Show code” under your reservation. The access code works only after your reservation status is “Confirmed”. If the code does not work, click “Reset”. If the code still does not work, call AYY +358 50 520 9400 (Mon to Thu 12noon to 4 pm, Fri 12noon to 3 pm). If the phone service is closed, make sure your reservation status is “Confirmed” before calling the maintanance company (for example ISS in Otaniemi) Maintenance and door opening service | Aalto University Student Union (ayy.fi) Inform ayy@ayy.fi if you have used the door opening service.
Van, Architecture Guild´s cottage, Studio and Craft room
You need a key for these facilities. The key must be collected from AYY Services office on opening hours Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 12noon and 3 pm. You can pick up the key the previous day (for Tuesday reservation on Monday etc.) or for the weekend reservations on Friday. There are multiple keys for the facilities. Return the key to the mailbox on a white wooden door next to the main entrance of the Services office by 12noon on the following day.
Invoice
The rental invoice will be sent to your e-mail address before or after or after the event. After the invoice is sent, billing information can't be changed. If you have special requests concerning the invoice, please let us know when booking. If you have questions concerning your reservation, please contact ayy@ayy.fi.
