Please find below the *Agenda of our Spring Association Meeting happening
today at 6PM* as an hybrid event both on campus and online:
1. Opening the meeting
2. Attendees and validity of the attendees
3. Choosing the chairperson, secretary, teller and inspector of the
meeting
4. Declaration of legitimacy and quorum of meeting
5. Adoption of/amendments to the agenda
6. Presentation of the annual report, financial statement and inspector
statement of the previous year (2021)
7. Approving the financial statement and annual report from the previous
year (2021) and granting the freedom from liability to the board of 2022
8. Presentation of the action plan and the budget of the board 2022
9. Approving the action plan and the budget of the board 2022
10. Election of general board members
11. Other matters
12. Closing the meeting
Anyone is welcome to join! However, to vote you need to be a member of ASC
and AYY. The link to the registration form is on our link tree in our bio.
*You can attend the meeting either on campus (Undergraduate Center, U109d)
or via Zoom*. The Zoom link will be sent by email to those who have
registered.
