Haudi! Luganossa, Sveitsin eteläosassa, järjestetään 4-11.3. Dependable Swisstems Workshop. Tästä on mahdollisuus saada 2 ECTS-pistettä eli käytännössä opintopistettä, jotka luultavasti pystyy sisällyttämään vaikkapa vapaavalintaisiin opintoihin. Luentojen lisäksi on myös vapaa-ajan aktiviteetteja sightseeingistä bileisiin. We organize a workshop, helped by USI/ALaRI, on the topic of Dependable Systems from March 4th to March 11th. Apart of the academic-professional part of this event we plan a lot of leisure activities, meaning the city and surroundings sightseeing, visiting museums, famous shopping centers, and of course parties. All participants who successfully pass the evaluation will be awarded two ECTS credits. We are a young and small (even not:) LC, so we still face a lack of facilities and can only host ten people. But we will do our best in order all of us to have a great time here! 7.2. kokouksen tiivistelmä

Moi kaikki! Vaihtoa järjesteltiin taas keskiviikkona, katso tiivistelmä alta. EESTEC LC Helsinki on siis kovasti järjestämässä kulttuurivaihtoa täällä Otaniemessä 9.-17.3. heti tenttikauden jälkeen. Vieraiksi saapuu kymmenisen EESTECeriä ulkomailta, joita sitten saunotamme ja huvitamme täällä Suomessa, ja luultavasti myös etelänaapurissa. Filosofiaan kuuluu, että vieraat maksavat lähinna matkat itse, ruoat ja majapaikka tarjotaan. Majoittajia eli hosteja tarvitaan vielä, joten jos haluat päästä osallistumaan koko vaihdon ohjelmaan, tule ihmeessä ensi keskiviikkona klo 18 Keltsuun kokoukseen! Vaikka et ehtisi tai kykenisi majoittamaan ketään, niin osallistu ihmeessä myös vaihtoon, sillä viikon ohjelmaan ja varsinkin illanistujaisiin toivotaan apuvoimia! Nähdään keskiviikkona! EESTEC LC Helsinki, kokous 7.2.2007 Tällä kertaa kokoonnuttiin osaston kokoushuoneessa E220. Agendalla lähinnä vaihdon asiat. 1. Vaihto Vaihdon suunnittelu etenee ihan mukavasti, kiinnostuneita on ollut enemmäin kuin paikkoja. 1.1 Osallistujat Valittiin osallistujiksi seuraavasti (yht 10): 2 Ateenasta 1 Sofiasta 2 Budapestista 1 Krakovasta 1 Novi Sadista 1 Zürichistä 2 Luganosta Otto & Aki hoitavat tietojen tarkemman keräämisen. 1.2 Ohjelma Suunniteltiin ohjelmaa edelleen, ja päädyttiin näillä näkymin seuraavaan (vastuuhenkilö sulkeissa): -Pe 9.3. Porukka saapuu, hakeminen esim. lentokentältä. (autolliset Emmi, Anssi ja Rotonen?) -La 10.3. Lähdetään heti aamusta mökkeilemään Stuganille (Anssi), missä luontopolkua, saunomista, jne. (Tänne tarvitaan autollisia henkilöitä, Anssi ja Rotonen anteneet itsensä ilmi) -Su 11.3. Aamiainen/lounas mökillä, jonka jälkeen jossain vaiheessa paluu Otaniemeen. Päivällisen tekoa ja rauhallista illanviettoa Gorsussa (Tänne tarvitaan joku, joka ei lähde mäkille, valmistelemaan kokkausta yms). Ma 12.3. Aamiainen hosteilla, josta lähdetään julkisilla Helsinkiin. Aamupäivän puolella käydään Suomenlinnassa, missä Maria pitää walking tourin. Suokista palataan takaisin keskustaan, ja käydään syömässä Unicafessa, jonka jälkeen käydään ehkä ESO:lla (jos J-P:lle sopii). Illanvietto sattumanvaraisesti, esim killan M&N-sauna. Ti 13.3. Aamiainen hosteilla, josta lähdetään julkisilla keskustaan. City Quiz tai walking tour keskustassa (Antti). Tämän jälkeen vapaa- aikaa keskustassa. Illaksi varattu OK20. Ke 14.3. Aamiainen hosteilla, jonka jälkeen excu valaistuslaboratorioon (Emmi). Otaniemestä julkisilla keskustaan, ja keskustata Tekniikan museoon ja esim. Designmuseoon. Tämän jälkeen luistelua keskustassa. Päivällinen keskustassa (Emmi & Anna), jonka jälkeen klubbailemista. To 15.3. Aamiainen hosteilla, jonka jälkeen risteily Tallinnaan siten, että lähtö aamupäivällä, iltapäivä/ilta Tallinnassa, ja yöksi takaisin laivalle. Pe 16.3. Paluu aamulla laivalta. Itsensä keräilyä, toipumista ja vapaa-aikaa. Illalla Farewell-party ja kokkausta JMT10:n tiloissa (Anssi selvittää varauksen) La 17.3. Porukka lähtee pois. 1.3 Hostit Hosteja 6 kappaletta, joten pari tarvitaan ehkä vielä lisää. Antti (1-N), Otto (1), Aki (1-N?), Anssi (1), Jyrki (1), Lauri (1) 1.4 Lisätyövoima Sunnuntaiksi tarvitaan joku valmistelemaan, kokkaamaan ja bilettämään Gorsuun, Tiistaiksi OK20:een ja Perjantaiksi JMT10:een. 1.5 Webi Kootaan jokaisen hostin ja osallistujan kuvat ja nimet webbisivulle siellä olevan ohjelman lisäksi. 2 Boardin selonteko viime vuodesta EESTEC internationalille Nakki viuhui. 3 Kreikan reissun osallistujat Selvitellään Kreikan ja suomen LC:n kanssa, että saadaanko sittenkin toinenkin paikka Kreikkaan, päätökset myöhemmin. 4 Seuraava kokous Seuraava kokous vakio-bat-paikassa vakio-bat-aikaan, eli ensi viikolla keskiviikkona 14.2. klo 18 Keltsussa. t. Terve! Nyt olisi tarjolla workshop Turkissa. LC Istanbul järjestää 25.2.-4.3. tapahtuman nimeltä Electrical Vehicles and Robotics '07.
