Dear EESTECers,
There is over a year now since the last Training for Trainers was organized
and the time is coming for the 4th Training for Trainers - "T4T".
As you could see, this year LC Maribor will be the organizing LC and
together with the Training Team everything will be done in order to prepare
the best T4T till now!
*What is the EESTEC Training Team? What are Trainings?*
**
* *
EESTEC Training Team is an official EESTEC body which is providing different
services for EESTEC and through those services, based on trainings,
constantly improving the work of EESTEC on international and local levels!
Main goal of trainings is transfer of knowledge in an advanced way through
different activities, techniques and methodologies.
More information about the Training Team, Training System and Trainings you
can find in the Official Training Team Document
here<http://eestec.net/workspaces/training-team/training-material/Training%20Tea…>
.
*What is T4T? Why is T4T being organized?
*
T4T - Training for Trainers is an international training event whose purpose
is gaining new EESTEC trainers and it is the starting point for EESTECers to
become a trainer.
EESTECers which participate in T4T will go through intensive trainings,
working sessions and practical parts and learn how to transfer knowledge,
which methodologies to use and, very important, how to deliver trainings!
As the transfer of knowledge is crucial for EESTEC, T4T is an event which
assures new generations to continue with developing and providing Training
Team services to EESTEC members. It is a stage through all Training team
members have to go in order to gain different soft skills like: leadership
skills, presentation skills, communication skills and much more!
Using these skills for transferring knowledge in EESTEC provides greater
quality of different activities which are being organized in International
and local levels.
During T4T, 9 days of a lot of work is waiting for you so you will need to
bring *a lot of positive energy* and *enthusiasm* in order to be effective
all the time and to be able to endure the T4T.
*Why become a Trainer? Why should you apply?*
There are definitely a lot of reasons to apply. Becoming a trainer gives you
an opportunity to contribute to EESTEC International, to contribute to LCs
and to contribute to yourselves!
As a trainer candidate (and optionally trainer) you will work in and create
a positive atmosphere during T4T and after. If you become a trainer (for
what you need to fulfill certain tasks) you will work on the transfer of
knowledge to other EESTECers and you will have an opportunity to improve on
personal level in different aspects.
The skills you gain while being a trainer are needed in all aspects of life
today and so in EESTEC. Because of that, members who participate in T4T have
a big opportunity to develop themselves and to give a great contribution to
the development of EESTEC!
*
*
*Fun part :)*
T4T is a hardworking event but there is no event in EESTEC which doesn't
provide a lot of great atmosphere and fun!
Organizers from LC Maribor, together with trainers, will do their best to
prepare great mood and different social activities for participants ;)
As always you will meet great people from all around the world, enjoy great
parties and enjoy in a beautiful city - Maribor!
All this combined with effective work and personal development is surely an
event which you will never forget!
*If you are an experienced EESTECer, if you participated in trainings, if
you want to become a trainer, if you want to develop yourself and EESTEC or
if you think that you could become a trainer - apply!*
**
*All now is left is to fill the application form (not to apply over
eestec.net) which you can find on the next link <http://goo.gl/VzMiw>and to
send it to
*
*trainings-coordinator(a)eestec.net !*
*
*
*The deadline for applications is 4th of August 2011.*
I will be glad to answer any questions and you feel free to ask anything you
have on your mind (*smajic.nermin(a)gmail.com*) ;)
We hope to see a lot of applications! :)
Best regards and enjoy!

Dear EESTECers,
as first month of amazing summer period arrived most of the students across
Europe were dealing with their exams, and hopefully making some plans for
the rest of the summer. We hope that you have planned some EESTEC trips and
be prepared for new adventures :)
Last month many of the Board members and other bodies had some exams, which
even though delayed for a couple of days our work, motivated us to get back
to our EESTEC friends and work with them to produce some amazing things for
EESTEC!
Also, this month was more devoted on each Board member working on his/her
annual plan for each department and also getting in touch with team
coordinators. We strongly encourage you to get involved in some of these
plans and contribute to the projects being implemented this year, which will
bring EESTEC to a higher level :)
Another thing that we did was to plan some very interesting activities for
EESTEC in the upcoming months, so stay tuned to learn them :)
