Seuraavanlainen workshop tarjolla: What: WorkShop - Search Engines: Indexing, Optimization And Marketing from Web 2.0 to Social Networks When: May 16- May 23 Deadline: April 16 Applications: via eestec.net Search engines are the main instruments used for seeking information on the web. They have been subject to deep changes, such as the web, and for this reason LC Cosenza is pleased to announce that a workshop, whose title is "Search Engines: Indexing, Optimization And Marketing from Web 2.0 to Social Networks", is taking place from May 16 to May 23. Deadline: April 16, 2011. The topics, which will be discussed, concern with the indexing techniques used to find out new e-contents, and SEO experts will be helping us to deepen optimization techniques to be adopted to improve web sites, blogs and extra resources presentations. Moreover, some marketing instruments provided from search engines will be introduced and compared to unconventional marketing techniques, taking into account the importance of social networks. Furthermore, you will be offered our warm Italian hospitality as well as funny times and parties. But nowadays everything is global, we all are interconnected with everything, so our society lives and works in *NETWORKS*. For all these reasons, we have created *NETWORK SOCIETY*, a new kind of event for us during which, through conferences, seminars and visits to laboratories and research centers, we will try to offer you a wide overview of what is being done in this fields and how our global society is growing up through the network. And if that were not enough, during the weekend you will have the oportunity to enjoy some time out the city, practicing some sports and having crazy parties in the countryside! Besides, this year we have talked to a psychic who has confirmed that no other Eyjafjallajökull will wake up during our event. Now, what are you waiting for? Apply for the event ASAP, the *deadline is 6th February 2011*! :) By the way, there's another important point... We're so sorry to have to say this, but as we don't apply for EU grant, every year we have to make great efforts to find sponsors for our events, and although we are delighted with the result obtained in this area the last year, in previous events some years back, we had problems with some people showing a total lack of consideration for our work, sleeping during conferences with the sponsors and university professors, which made us lose all our credibility among them... Therefore, this time we expect a similar attitude to the last year and we won't tolerate an irresponsible one. And in case of it happens, participants will be warned and eventually expelled from the event if warnings are disregarded.
